Task Force 141 have now pre-ordered a spanking new Battlefield Bad Company 2 server ready for release on March 2nd.

It will have 30 slots and will hopefully get a good amount of traffic as the game is obviously greatly anticipated.  Hello DICE and up yours Infinity Ward!!

Bad Company 2 will mark a new era for Task Force 141 and will hopefully bring us some new members to game with.

As most of you know, Battlefield Bad Company 2 beta is out.  It would be very helpful if as many members as possible could try this game out.  This is because I may be looking to rent a BC2 server upon release on March 2nd.

If you do try it, please do not compare it to Call of Duty.  It's very different.  The maps are huge, the movement is different, and unlock COD4 where you rank up after shooting 2 people, in BC2 you need to score 5500 points to reach Private 1st class!  The starting weapons are also very shit, but once you unlock some new weapons, it becomes more enjoyable.

You can get this beta by pre-ordering from places like Steam or play.com.  They will send you a key that allows you to play the beta.  If you don't like it, simply cancel your pre-order and then you won't be charged when it's released.
